Integrated telephony services for small businesses

Our telephony services are fully integrated and have been designed to meet the needs of small businesses. Some examples of how our clients use our telephony services are:

  • Healthcare Company - we provided local numbers which we answer automatically using our Auto Receptionist facility. Depending on the selected option, we transfer the call to the relevant team members landline or mobile number. If there is no answer, we provide a voicemail facility and deliver the recording via email.
  • Publishing Company - their staff are located across the UK/Europe and use a combination of softphone and hardware based VoIP phones, we provide them with a full range of VoIP telephony services which have helped them communicate better, reduce their costs and stay in control.
  • Event Organiser - sends facsimiles from their keyboard, and receives inbound fax's in both their email and automatically associated with their contacts - so nothing gets lost anymore.

You can see calls in progress from the dashboard, so you know who is calling whom and when. Once the call has been completed, it will be automatically linked to the associated contact along with any call recordings or voicemail files, so you can refer back to it at a later time, if you so wish to. Outgoing calls are rated upon completion, so you always know how much that call cost you. Keeping you and your team in control.

Local geographical numbering or port your number in

We have millions of numbers available from more than 400 areas across the UK. Our numbers are independent of region, so if you need a London number and are based Manchester, no problem. Once you have chosen your number, it will be ready to use within minutes. Alternatively you can keep your existing number and we can port it in for you.

Internet based VoIP telephony

You can connect to our VoIP telephony services using a SIP based softphone or with a more traditional VoIP phone (we can configure and supply a range of models).

Call forwarding

You may have your number on permanent divert to your mobile or landline number, or only when you are busy or unavailable - the choice is yours.

Call recording

If you wish, you can record your incoming / outgoing calls. Recordings will be stored using the WAV format and will be available for playback at any time by just clicking on the recording from within the icomplete.com service.

Voicemail

Your own personalised voicemail mailbox we answer your calls when you are too busy or not available. Messages will be forwarded to your email so you can listen to them whenever you would like. Voicemails are also stored within icomplete, so you can always refer back to them at any time.

Sending and Receiving Facsimiles

Choose a local number and turn it into a fax machine - without the need to purchase a fax machine. When you receive fax's on your number we will then send them to your email address and store a copy of it associated with the contact within icomplete for you - so you will never lose a fax again. You can even send a facsimile from within icomplete, just click on the contact's fax number and upload the document you would like to send - and its gone - you will also get confirmation that the message has been sent.

Sending and receiving SMS messages

You can send messages straight from your keyboard - no more fiddling around on your mobile - and if you have a number from us you can also receive SMS messages on that number too - messages will automatically appear on the dashboard and be associated with your contacts - you can also relay the message on to another phone or receive it via email.

Conference Calling

With our conference calling facility you can bring everyone together in one place when ever it suits you, on your own dedicated line. Saving you time and money.
