  • Will you import my data into the system for me?Yes, we can import your data into our system in a variety of formats (v-card, csv, outlook export format) We include this as part of the Quick Start Set-up which costs £99 one of fee to get you up and running.
  • What does the Quick Start Set- up include?Import data: We will import your contact data (customer and employee data) into the system if these are in Outlook Export format, v-card or CSV format.

    The service will have your logo on the login-page and at top right of the application and we’ll also:

    * Set up Global Tags that provide Categorisation / Groupings of your Contacts (after consultation)
    * Set up Custom Fields that ensures unique procedures / information gathering (after consultation)
    * Set up any users
    * Setting up System Preferences (after consultation)
    * Online training to get you up to speed
  • Do you offer training?Yes we do, this is done online so that you don’t have to find additional travel or hotel expenses for your team. We offer FREE training for the main user and then £20 per additional users if required. The advantage of online training is that we can suit it around you and your team so it doesn’t interfere with daily running of the business, helping you save time and money.
