Savita Bhandari – Health Vibes

In 2005 Savita started using bioresonance therapy to help patients confront their smoking addictions and the ensuing tremendous success was reported in the Sunday Telegraph, BBC News, and Channel 4s Richard & Judy Show. Today Healthvibes enjoys an excellent reputation as being a pioneering force in the delivery of highly successful nutrition and bioresonance therapy in the UK. We have successfully treated over 4,000 patients over the last three years. We have a proven success rate of over 90% for Stop Smoking.

Why did you choose icomplete services?

“To satisfy us it needed to do four things; be web-based, detailed appointments, appointment reminders and be able to add real-time eBooking form to my website. We liked icomplete for the overall simplicity and specifically for the online group diary. It was easy and quick to set-up.”

How has it helped your business?

“We’ve moved to a multi-clinic view of our live Calendars, and I can view it from home and on other computers. This has been without any complicated IT setup. We’ve got much greater visibility of each other’s activities now – at a glance I can see what’s going on with colleagues or I can see my week. Before this it was a real pain to keep telephoning everyone for updates, business levels etc.

Katie adds all the contact and background details into the patients profile so that I can see that before I see someone. I can add clinical notes from thereon. And we’re able to flag patient’s online file with keywords, so we can administer them as groups.  It’s really easy now to create a history for each patient, this will change the way we work and follow up with patients. A really strong foundation for moving the practice forward.”

Are there any features that you particularly like and why?

“Love the easy moving around of appointments with Drag & Drop.  I didn’t realise at first that you could move things around on the calendar, tasks etc. That makes it so much quicker to move and juggle appointments. It’s good to see a log of who has called and what has been changed for the clinic” – Katie.

Do you think the service gives value for money?

“It offers extremely good value for money. We’re totally working more as a team now and can grow in size simply and inexpensively. Plus our customer loyalty and marketing capacity has been greatly enhanced.”
