Posted by Claire on 11 June 2011

icomplete CRM is really popular with our customers because it is really intuitive, highly visual and therefore VERY EASY to use. Many small businesses come to us for an number of reasons:

  • They were struggling between using multiple systems i.e. outlook, excel spreadsheets and they want a simple system where everything is central
  • They had an old traditional software system they want to modernise and share with the team but don’t want to pay for whole lot of servers and upgrades – want an affordable solution
  • They were using a CRM system i.e. sales force but it is too complex and feature rich and they don’t use half of them but are paying a lot for the privilege
  • They wanted a central system, that is quick to set up, has multiple user access and can be accessed online from anywhere but doesn’t cost the earth.
  • 5. They wanted proper support and good aftercare. More importantly they wanted to be able to pick up the phone or send an email and have a real person respond.

If you are shopping for the same reasons then icomplete CRM is the right choice.

Recession spurs SMEs to increase their online marketing (No Comments »)

Posted by Chelsea on 18 January 2010

Enterprising Women announced that emarketing was a priority for small businesses in 2010.  Here is what they had to say:

” The financial pressures of the recession have seen a marked increase in smaller businesses bolstering their online presence, according to the 2009 Kleinwort Benson UK Entrepreneurs Survey.  The aim of cutting running costs and making more efficient use of marketing budgets appears led 76% of the survey’s respondents saying that they intended to increase the use of e-marketing in 2010″

icomplete Limited realised the power of e-marketing and the cost effective implications for small business owners and set about integrating an e-marketing tool into the service.  They recognised that by offering this additional service it will provide a unique service where customer data and e-mail campaigns reside in one place,  making it so much easier to send out newsletters, promotions etc by email and SMS.
