Smartlocal vouchers had been looking for a CRM solution for sometime and through our networking links were recommended to consider icomplete. We have certainly not been disappointed firstly the customer service was outstanding, they took onboard our needs and requirements with the end result being that we have an application that is going to enhance our business model, improve the way we operate on a day-to-day base. Finding the right system for your business can be a long and tiresome task.  Find out why customers continue to choose icomplete over other CRM and customer database providers …

I had been trying a number of databases to collect my customer information in and found none that really satisfied my requirements until I was recommended icomplete. This I found by far the most intuitive and user friendly without being overly complex and time consuming to enter data. I now use it as my primary business tool for managing my business and time

icomplete.com announce the launch of its iphone version which  offers a comprehensive business/personal organiser comprising of contacts database (CRM), multi-user calendars, task management and automatic Email and SMS reminders to enable business owners or individuals to save time and get more done.  Most importantly however is that it enables users to access visual voicemail messages which comes as a great relief given the recent press about 02 plans to lock-in users to visual voicemail services.

icomplete.com easily overcomes this issue and will mop up those iphone users who in times of recession have little option but to migrate to a cheaper provider.  icomplete.com charge just £5 a month for visual voicemail!  This is great news as it will stop 02 monopolising on this ‘lock-in’ policy enabling iphone customer’s freedom to choose a cheaper mobile tariff and a cheaper visual voicemail provider in the process!
