As promised, here is another of our ‘top tips’ that we would like to share with you so that you can be sure that you have discovered all of your service’s functionality.
You may have seen the icon but have yet to use it. Tags are an easy way of categorising your contacts.
For example, you may have contacts that are friends, suppliers, customers and staff members. To easily find all your contacts by each of these categories, add the appropriate tag word to your contacts.
