Father Christmas has employed icomplete.com to handle the increasing number of calls overwhelming his hotline number this year. Due to the current financial situation Father Christmas has unfortunately had to cut the number of elves working for him. With this in mind, he has turned to icomplete.com’s pay as you go service to help cope during the month of December. icomplete.com will be responsible for taking calls, offering personalised web responses and maintaining a high level of customer service.
