We wanted to provide you with more help and support and we are excited to tell you that very shortly you will be seeing some changes within the icomplete software. On the dashboard you will be able to watch four short video tours. You need to go to the dashboard and click on the video load screen - see example below:
These are the titles of the first four videos for you to watch:
* Show me around - gives you a 2 minute quick overview of the software
* Setting up and searching contacts - quick and easy guide to get you started
* How to create multiple calendars - colour coding, sending sms and email through the calendar
* Telephony - shows you all the new telecom features i.e. playing voicemail messages in the software!

An update of where we are with the application
We are really excited about getting the final version out to you. At the moment we are currently beta testing and have users across the country carrying out trials as we speak!
We have a great amount of interest in the application, so if you would like to find out more, contact us with your details; you could be one of the first to use it when we launch the final production version!
