Ian Parry at Trulawn has been using icompleteCRM for 5 months now and he wanted a system that all the sales team could share information but he could also manage them to.  We created a bespoke sales pipeline report for him so that he can see all the sales and revenues happening in real-time.

Here’s what he had to say about the company and its service.

“The IComplete system is simple to use, integrates effectively with our website and helps Trulawn manage our relationships in cost effective and timely manner.

Hugh Spencer – Reviews – icompleteCRM? (1 Comment »)

Andrew Reed at Hugh Spencer has been using icomplete CRM and this is the feedback he gave recently on the software and whole experience.

“I spent a long time looking for a decent cloud based crm system that integrated all customer communications in one place – email, sms and telephony. I was unable to find any that did this except for icomplete – which speaks for itself. The cost is also very reasonable and the willingness of the company to consider and implement suggestions and improvements to the software has been outstanding. The software is also a joy to use compared to many other packages that I tested and has some outstanding features, such as tagging and custom fields associated with tags, that really are incredibly useful. Overall can’t really fault it”.

Smartlocal vouchers had been looking for a CRM solution for sometime and through our networking links were recommended to consider icomplete. We have certainly not been disappointed firstly the customer service was outstanding, they took onboard our needs and requirements with the end result being that we have an application that is going to enhance our business model, improve the way we operate on a day-to-day base. Thank-you iComplete, we would have no hesitation recommending icomplete to other small businesses

We run a pet care business and use icomplete to provide online calendars for our staff to keep them informed of their appointments. We had been looking for a simple and affordable system for sometime and icomplete delivered on both counts.

The system is easy to use and required little training for our staff and is reliable. In terms of costs, icomplete are very good value particularly compared to Microsoft exchange. In addition the customer service and support has been excellent, which is the exception rather than the rule theses days.

Our main contact Myles Hantler is easy to reach and responds to e-mails and messages promptly. Another great benefit for us has been the ability to make small changes to the system at no extra cost and there is the potential to make larger changes if several clients ask for it or if you re prepared to pay for it.

The mobile version has also proved very useful. All in all I would have no reservations in recommending icomplete to other users.

Enterprising Women announced that emarketing was a priority for small businesses in 2010.  Here is what they had to say:

” The financial pressures of the recession have seen a marked increase in smaller businesses bolstering their online presence, according to the 2009 Kleinwort Benson UK Entrepreneurs Survey.  The aim of cutting running costs and making more efficient use of marketing budgets appears led 76% of the survey’s respondents saying that they intended to increase the use of e-marketing in 2010″

icomplete Limited realised the power of e-marketing and the cost effective implications for small business owners and set about integrating an e-marketing tool into the service.  They recognised that by offering this additional service it will provide a unique service where customer data and e-mail campaigns reside in one place,  making it so much easier to send out newsletters, promotions etc by email and SMS.
